Saturday evening in Sulina after an eventful kayak tour. Fresh fish*, a beautiful evening, a beautiful nature in a beautiful natural garden.
Together with our host & tour / kayak guide Calin Ene we have fish soup and fish (with potatoes, mamaliga, tuica**, lots and lots of garlic and some more) … all homemade of course 🥰

* the fish was caught before prohibition (fishing ban during spawning season) and then kept in the freezer.
** Tuica is a traditional spirit from Romania, which is made from different kinds of plums. There are also Palinca and Rachiu, which are also distilled from other fermented fruits.
